招聘岗位：实习生

实习区间：可近期到岗实习，每周三天以上。实习表现合格者，有留用机会。

工作地点：北京/上海

部门：财产险精算咨询团队

德勤财产险精算团队归属于德勤管理咨询精算与保险服务下，主要工作内容为IFRS17、财产险准备金评估、偿付能力二代评估，定价等财产险精算服务。

日常工作描述：

• 准备金评估，在项目经理的指导下完成各项准备金评估所需的工作。
• 偿付能力相关工作，要求熟悉偿二代的要求，开展偿付能力分析和相关测算。
• 使用SAS、R、Excel等软件进行数据分析、挖掘、预测模型的开发工作。
• 市场研究，协助项目经理进行市场调研、市场开展等工作，熟练使用PPT制作文稿。
• 在项目经理的指导下完成IFRS17相关咨询工作。
  
  
  

职位资格：

• 学历：统计、精算、金融、数理经济、数学、计算机等数理专业为佳。
• 具备IFRS17、准备金评估、数据挖掘，或统计建模经验为佳。
• 熟悉常用准备金评估方法、SAS，R等统计软件，能熟练使用Excel和PPT等office办公软件。
• 能够熟练使用英文进行日常读写交流和工作沟通。
• 通过基础精算考试，如SOA、CAS等。
• 善于与人沟通，能够清楚的向非技术人员解释技术问题。
