中国银保监会办公厅关于做好短期健康保险业务
客户服务工作的通知

银保监办便函〔2021〕673号

各银保监局、各保险公司：

为指导各保险公司认真贯彻落实《中国银保监会办公厅关于规范短期健康保险业务有关问题的通知》（银保监办发〔2021〕7号），做好客户服务工作,现就有关问题通知如下：

一、各保险公司要高度重视客户权益保障工作，落实主体责任，加强组织领导，建立总分联动的工作机制，依法合规经营短期健康保险业务，积极主动做好客户服务工作，真正满足人民群众健康保障需求。

二、各保险公司要切实维护保险消费者合法权益，根据客户真实需求制定服务方案，对已购买产品的客户要继续提供保障服务，要满足客户保险期间届满后的合理转保需求，做好产品转换、客户沟通、投诉处理等工作，确保平稳有序衔接。

三、各保险公司要加强销售人员管理，严格规范销售行为，严禁虚假承诺、夸大宣传等违法违规问题。

四、各保险公司要严格规范短期健康保险产品条款中的续保表述，不得使用可能引起保险消费者误解的表述（详见附件1），并对已备案产品条款进行自查整改。

五、银保监会及其派出机构要督促各保险公司做好短期健康保险业务客户服务工作，持续强化监督检查力度，严肃查处产品条款不规范、销售误导等侵害保险消费者合法权益的行为，并依法依规追究保险公司和相关责任人责任。

各保险公司应于5月28日前将短期健康保险业务统计表（详见附件2）和客户服务方案等情况报送银保监会，属地监管公司同时报送银保监局。
