求大神们帮我解答一下国内的精算环境

你好各位，

我在美国正在读本科和在考北美的精算试。 我想问一下国内精算行业对研究生的学历要求高吗？我看到很多入门的职位都必须要求是研究生毕业。我下一年毕业或者过两年有意回国内发展，求大神们给我讲解一下国内现在精算行业的环境跟对研究生学历的要求高不高，还是说更看重考试进度？

本科毕业回国，个人感觉本科+没有实习经历的话，找工作非常非常费劲，供参考。

哈哈我也想问，加拿大滑铁卢本科的，虽然学校一般但是实习挺多的，有五个精算实习，分别在Manulife, Desjardins, Aon, Munich Re， 寿险，财险，咨询，团体福利都有接触过。
这种的本科回去找工作情况咋样啊哈哈。

精算岗位，学校肯定是加分项的，实习也挺丰富的，建议可以回国找找可以留用的实习，机会还是挺大的
