国内精算行业情况

你好各位，

我在美国正在读本科和在考北美的精算试。 我想问一下国内精算行业对研究生的学历要求高吗？我看到很多入门的职位都必须要求是研究生毕业。我下一年毕业或者过两年有意回国内发展，求大神们给我讲解一下国内现在精算行业的环境跟对研究生学历的要求高不高，还是说更看重考试进度？

你好，精算工作中用到的技巧而言要求不高，要入门扎实的本科精算/统计知识就已经够了，研究生更像是筛选条件而非一定是在研究生中学到了什么才可以从事精算行业。
考试进度可能一定程度上更重要，精算考试很注重实际，通过一定的考试代表这个人有一定的精算知识储备和积累。以上是我的观点~

个人觉得，国内现在entry level供过于求，所以研究生学历和考试进度其实都是敲门砖。一般来讲，以SOA体系为例，考过4-5门足够找工作了；学历的话，研究生基本上是国企和一些大中型中资公司标配，外资公司特别是咨询公司往往对学历要求不严。至于说市场重视与否，不好直接评判，从待遇来看，比起资管和券商基金还是差了挺多，跟国外精算待遇更是没法比。

挺难说目前的情况很好或者其实一般，加班多，钱不如大家对这个行业的期望，机会伴随着压力也还是不断出现，特别是关乎到未来的方向的时候慎重一点挺好的，建议可以多看看论坛里一些已经工作了的前辈的文章，里面有从学生到工作一路走来的经历和心路历程，希望会有启发。如果有机会，不论是美丽国还是国内，都去试一试申请申请实习，哪怕可能很难申请上但是有机会和那些从业的前辈们聊一聊（也可也透过比如论坛去提出自己的具体困惑），了解了解具体做的事情是不是自己感兴趣的，大家做这份工作的压力和幸福感，可能会给你更直观的感受。
