工作职责：

• 准备金评估，在项目经理的指导下完成各项准备金评估所需的工作；
• 偿付能力相关工作，要求熟悉偿二代的要求，开展偿付能力分析和相关测算；
• 同其他德勤团队合作，负责提供相应的精算报告，风险分析等支持工作；
• 使用SAS、R、Excel等软件进行数据分析、挖掘、预测模型的开发工作；
• 协助保险产品定价模型的系统开发、上线推广；
• 市场研究，协助经理及以上人员进行市场调研、市场开展等工作，熟练使用PPT制作文稿；
• 在项目经理的指导下完成IFRS17相关咨询工作；
• 指导实习生和其他初级团队成员的日常工作。
  
  

工作要求：

• 工作经验：从事过财产险方面精算准备金、数据统计相关工作经验2～4年。能够相对独立地完成相关工作；
• 学历：统计、精算、金融、数理经济、数学、计算机等数理专业为佳；
• 对于IFRS17、准备金评估、数据挖掘，或统计建模有较深刻的理解和公司/咨询实际操作经验；
• 熟悉常用准备金评估方法、SAS，R等统计软件，能熟练使用Excel和PPT等office办公软件；
• 能够熟练使用英文进行日常读写交流和工作沟通；
• 通过CAS考试四门以上，或有相应的其他考试通过经历；
• 善于与人沟通，能够清楚的向非技术人员解释技术问题。
