工作职责：

• 参与基于医疗健康服务和数据，结合精算模型开展商保产品定价，研发医疗健康商保产品；
• 参与面向保险业务场景，运用机器学习算法，研发各类风险预测和数据分析产品；
• 参与项目的分析建模工作，包括：数据准备、基于统计和机器学习的分析建模、模型评估等工作；
• 参与以图表、演示文档等形式展示数据分析结果及相关数据可视化工作，撰写分析报告，并参与数据产品的设计；
• 参与数据产品和系统的开发，与开发团队合作完成模型应用和模型更新等API服务；对已有模型进行定制化迭代升级；
  
  

任职要求：

• 保险、精算、统计或数学背景，对大数据分析建模感兴趣；
• 学习能力强，能够很快熟悉业务背景；
• 至少会一样数据处理、分析和展示工具，如SQL，SAS，R，Python，Tableau等。
