岗位职责：

• 关注市场动态及监管政策，开展产品市场调研，包括同业产品信息收集及统计分析，追踪行业主流产品及特色产品的发展状况，为新产品开发计划制定及产委会报告提供信息；
• 根据市场调研结果，按照公司发展规划，进行热点产品和细分市场研究，定期完成市场产品信息报告，为公司产品开发策略及产品体系调整提供分析；
• 挖掘产品卖点，协助推进产品包装与推动等工作；
• 开展产品上市后的追踪分析，为对产品的开发定价策略、流程等的优化、产品的迭代提出改进建议和提供相应依据；
• 领导交办的其他工作。
  
  

职位要求：

• 统招全日制本科及以上学历，保险、精算、统计、金融等专业；
• 至少1年寿险产品市场或推动相关工作经验；
• 熟练掌握Office办公软件；
• 有良好的协调沟通能力；
• 较强的团队合作精神、责任感和创新意识，对待工作细心踏实，积极主动。
