职责描述：

• 审核新产品监管报备材料的合规性（产品精算报告/产品说明书等）、假设的合理性（费用率/死亡率/退保率等）、财务结果的正确性（新业务价值、利润率等）。

• 审核VBM（valuation basis memo），与亚太区总部沟通新产品的假设及财务结果的合理性。

• 协助新业务价值（NBV）模型运行及分析工作。

• 经验分析并及时发现异常经验，为管理层做出决策提供有效信息（费用率/死亡率/退保率/重疾率等）。

• 领导布置的其他任务。

  
  

• Review new product filing materials.
• Review financial metrics and assumption setting for each new product.
• Introduce new products to other teams in actuarial department.
• Asist in NBV production and analysis work.
• Experience study.
• Other related project
  
  

职位要求：

• 学士及以上学历，精算、数学、金融、统计专业优先。

• 3年左右精算相关工作，熟悉产品相关监管法规，有产品定价经验者优先。

• 北美准精算师或同等资历。

• 英语书写及口语水平良好。

  
  

• Bachelor or above degree at actuary, mathematics, finance, statistics or other related.
• Five years around actuarial experience. Be familiar with product related regulation, with some pricing/product development experience is preferred.
• SOA ASA or other equivalent qualifications.
• Good at written and oral English.
